DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders: standard, expedited and overnight will be shipped and delivered by USPS. Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time, see below.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Shipping is free for domestic orders valuing over $75, before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. 

  • All orders are subject to credit and address verification.
  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
  • All items are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days* from the order date for:
    • Order verification (For the safety of our customers, you may be contacted to verify this information. If contacted, your order will not process until speaking with you)
    • Tracking information

*orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EDT are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day. 

Once your order has been shipped, Akpesiri accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving), Akpesiri is not liable as we have no control once the package is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for U.S. customers & your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Akpesiri cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Tracking your ground or expedited package

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our location. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is final sale

Akpesiri is pleased to say that we do what we can to offer international shipping to every country. However, depending on the location, customs fees, VAT charges and other restrictions may apply. At this time, customs/duty and VAT charges are solely dealt with the country and are the responsibility of the customer the product is shipped to. Customs/duty and VAT charges can not be removed or altered by us. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Akpesiri.

Currently, international buyers can expect to pay between $16 - $28* for international shipping service. Once the package leaves the US, visibility and tracking is not the best as not all countries update with tracking information. We ship via US Postal Service Mail. A tracking link for your package is located within your shipping confirmation email. Please note that some countries’ couriers do not update on the USPS website.

**Some countries may hold package at the local post office, and request duty or custom payments. In certain cases, ability to track the package ends at port of entry. We are not responsible for the package after it reaches said post office or for custom and duty fees. This is dealt solely with the country.
