The ordering process is very easy. However, the delay in shipping and delivery is a bit long. I ordered 2 t-shirts (for a married family member who's going through cancer treatment) on the 1st, received an e-mail on the 5th that my order had been shipped which included a tracking number via USPS. Every attempt to track the item showed it was still awaiting pickup by the postal service and the order was finally delivered on the 14th. I will give it another chance and order again in hopes that it doesn't take so long to arrive. Thank you for responding to my e-mail regarding the order in a timely manner, it is appreciated.
